This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through Elite Dragon Martial Arts, whether online or in person at our facility. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and other applicable UK consumer protection laws regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Customers may return or exchange an item under the following conditions:

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty:

Personalised or custom-made items, such as embroidered clothing with names or logos.

Mouthguards, groin guards, or other protective gear, due to hygiene reasons.

Sale or clearance items, unless defective or damaged.

Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

Exchanges
Customers may exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Customers who receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

Customers must provide photographic evidence of the defect before returning the item.

Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Elite Dragon Martial Arts.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, store credit may be provided.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.
